SUMMER DANCE CAMPS!

PAYMENT:

Payment is due upon registration for dance camp and may be made within your parent portal via credit, debit, or ACH payments (check and cash in person during our regular class hours are also accepted). (Convenience Fees are 3.05% + 0.30¢ for credit cards and 1% + 0.20¢ for ACH payments.)

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:

If a student cancels their participation in camp, a 100% refund is available up to three weeks prior to the first day of camp (example: if camp begins June 18, a 100% refund is available until May 28). A 50% refund will be issued up to one week prior to the first day of camp (example: if camp begins June 18, 50% refund is available until June 11th). No refunds will be issued when the beginning of camp is within seven (7) days of the cancellation and request for refund.

In the event that a camp must be canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be issued to each student enrolled in the canceled camp.

DANCE CAMP DRESS CODE:

Dress code for dance camps is more relaxed than our regular school year as we understand many of our students may be trying out dance for the first time, and we love that! While we would love for everyone to follow our dress code for ballet if possible (which you can find HERE), stretchy pants or leggings (no shorts), t-shirts, and socks are also acceptable. Shirts should not expose midriff or cleavage and may be tank top, short or long-sleeved (no camisoles, please). Older girls are advised to wear supportive sports bras. Hair must be pulled back from the face in a ponytail for ages 3-9, but must be in a bun for ages 10 and up.

DANCE INTENSIVE DRESS CODE:

Dancers of our "Advance" and "Ignite" Dance Intensives should follow our Dress Code for Ballet 3+.

GENERAL STUDIO POLICIES:

​​

• Dress codes are created for a dancer's safety. Students are expected to abide by the dress code while in class.

• Students must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times prior to and after camp. Students younger than 16 should not exit the building alone or wait outside for pick-up.

• Parents and siblings are welcome to wait in the lobby during their student's class time; please ensure children are thoroughly supervised at ALL times and play quietly and respectfully--loud noises are distracting to our dancers in the classroom. 

• Students and siblings of students are not allowed to play in unoccupied studio spaces either before or after class.

• Parents and siblings may watch through the glass doors of the studio but are not allowed to come inside the studio space during class time as this poses a distraction for the students. Thank you for understanding! 

• Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before camp begins.

• No food or drink is allowed inside the studio room except bottled water with a secure lid.

• Cell phone use is not allowed during class time.

• Students and parents must be respectful of teachers, staff, and all other people at all times. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the studio. Disrespectful or threatening words or behavior will not be tolerated.

• Sanctuary Dance Academy reserves the right to dismiss a student or family from the studio for any reason at any time without any refunds should it be deemed necessary to do so.
